Three windows, transparent math, no hoops. If you're not in the right program, get out and try again.
Within 7 days of enrollment
Full refund, no questions asked. Email refunds@growthx.academy from your enrolled email and we process within 3 business days.
Days 8–30
Pro-rated refund — total program fee minus the value of modules already unlocked or completed. We calculate it transparently and show you the math before processing.
After 30 days
No refund. You retain lifetime access to the modules you completed and your certificate (if earned).
Installment plans
Refunds within the eligible window cancel the installment plan immediately. You won't be charged again. Already-collected installments are refunded per the rules above.
How to request
Email refunds@growthx.academy with your account email and reason. We acknowledge within 1 business day and process the refund within 3 business days to the same payment method.
